Q: What is Jobs-ODF?
 

Jobs-ODF is an on-line recruitment portal targeting at People with Disabilities (PWDs) and employers looking to hiring PWDs.

Jobs-ODF is absolutely FREE. On-line registration is open to both PWDs and employers. The objective is to provide a job matching function to match both PWDs and the employer hiring PWDs.

For People with disabilities
If you are currently employed, unemployed or looking for employment, register with Jobs-ODF and we will put you in our database.
The database is targeted at Singaporean and Permanent resident of Singapore
The job matching function of the database will match your experience and the industry of your experience with companies hiring PWD.
When jobs matching your abilities are found, an email will be send to you to attend an interview.

For the Employers hiring people with disabilities
The eligibility criteria for companies are that they must be registered or based in Singapore.
The job matching function of the database will match your potential candidate and the industry of your company.
When jobs matching candidates are found, an email will be send to your company to give an interview to potential candidates.

All your personal information is kept confidential and private. Potential employers have absolutely no access to your details unless you reply to their job advertisements.

Q: How do I apply for jobs?
 
1. Simply register yourself by filling up the Job Seekers application form and upload a copy of your latest resume.
2. Select your dream job by clicking 'Apply'. The employer will get a copy of your resume as when your application was submitted.
3. Click 'Cancel Application' to cancel your job application.
 
Q: How do I post a job?
 
1. Simply register your company under the Employer, Post a job.
2. Fill in the application form and click "Submit".
3. Create the job opening by filling in the necessary fields.
 
Q: How do I withdraw my application?
 

Login in to your account and click 'Cancel Application' to cancel your job application.

 
Q: How do I keep track of my past applications?
 

Login in to your account and refer to the 'Job Status' page which keeps track of all your online applications. The respective employers will contact you by email or telephone should you be short listed. However the updating of the application status also depends on the employer.

 
Q: What if I cannot remember my password?
 

Please use the "Request" feature in the Password Reminder and the Password will be sent out to your registered email.

 
Q: Do I have to pay any registration fee?
No. All services by Jobs-ODF is absolutely FREE.
